Black bean, sweet potato, beetroot vegan burger recipe

Vegan burger

With veganism and vegetarianism becoming ever more popular, the quality of food available is getting better and better.

Chefs are becoming ever more creative with their dishes as they look to provide delicious alternatives to those who have given up meat.

For a perfect example of this, look no further than Irish twin brothers Dave and Steve, aka the Happy Pear.

Vegan burger

The brothers have created a great video showing how easy it is to make a delicious vegan burger from scratch.

They say on their YouTube page: “Is there anything better than a big juicy burger on a delish day. It’s the ultimate feast for BBQ’s. We think we’ve made your new favourite burger!”
