The presenter explains that although he is not a qualified chef or baker, his grandmother was, and this is her special recipe.
He mixes together the flour, milk, sugar and eggs until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
He then begins to make his Baileys flavoured whipped cream.
He mixes 200ml of cream and four shots of Baileys, and beats well until a solid consistency.
Next up is the chocolate and Amaretto sauce, which is made by melting the chocolate and adding a shot of the Amaretto, adding milk to maintain the consistency if necessary.
The pancakes are made by pouring even circles of the batter into a frying pan and cooking until a gentle brown colour on both sides.
Then simply place on a plate with a dollop of the Baileys cream on top and finish with a generous drizzle of the Amaretto chocolate sauce.
