One of the most simple treats you can make your family is banana bread. You will find that the loaf soon disappears once everyone has had a taste of it.
Irish twin chefs Dave and Steve Flynn have created a YouTube video to guide you through the cooking process so that you can surprise your family with this tasty desert.
They are helped with the presentation in the video by Dave’s young daughter Elsie who is already a star in the kitchen.
The Flynn twins are the co-founders of the Happy Pear health food shop in Co Wicklow. They have also written recipe books and given courses on healthy eating and nutrition. They have made this recipe vegan-friendly, so everyone can enjoy it.
