Most of us sometimes daydream about what it would be like to have the perfect job… rock star, professional athlete, forensic scientist, official chocolate taster.
Well for one person that dream will become a reality, as a position has opened up for the official chocolate taster for the company responsible for some of the world’s most famous brands.
Mondelez International are looking for someone to join their team of expert panellists, and pass judgement on the scale of deliciousness for various products produced by Cadbury’s, Milka and several other top chocolate producers.
Sound too good to be true? Well it’s not, the job is being advertised now.
The skills you will need include the ability to taste and objectively form opinions on various chocolate and cocoa products (sounds good so far).
You must also be open to new tastes and ideas, and offer honest and consistent opinions.
The role involves being part of a team of panellists, so good communication skills and the ability to clearly and concisely put your point across is crucial.
