A group of Irish bridesmaids took drastic action to ensure their friend made it to her wedding on time when they were faced with a broken-down car blocking their route to the church.
The game girls were travelling in a bus to the wedding of their friend when they were stopped in their tracks by a stationary car.
What could have been a disaster to the wedding was quickly eliminated as the ladies piled out of their bus and joined forces to push the obstruction up the road and out of the way.
The comical incident was recorded by a member of the wedding party, possibly the bride as she can be heard giggling from behind the camera as the events unfolded.
The video was sent in to the Irish Independent and it has since been viewed by thousands of readers online.
Unfortunately, there is little information available about the wedding itself, or the helpful bridesmaids. All we know is that the incident took place in Youghal in Co Cork on Saturday.
We can only assume all went off without a hitch, and congratulations to the happy couple.
A special well done of course goes to the determined bridesmaids who were not going to let anything get in the way of the wedding.
