A hotel in Wexford is showing that is keeping up with the times by offering guests a ‘Netflix and chill’ package.
‘Netflix and Chill’ has become a popular euphemism for couples who want to hook up. Ashdown Park Hotel in Gorey has got in on the act by announcing the new package to coincide with the release of season five of one of Netflix’s flagship shows – House of Cards.
The four-star hotel is already a favourite for guests who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Dublin and is also a popular wedding venue.
The new ‘Netflix and chill’ package is sure to attract couples who want to spend some time getting away from it all.
A standard offer is priced at €135 for two adults and includes a bed, breakfast, an unlimited Netflix treat hamper and a late checkout of 2pm.
The Ultimate Chill package costs a little more at €199 for two adults but includes bed, breakfast, a bottle of prosecco, back massages for both, a Netflix treat hamper and again, a late check out.
Surely that’s worth an extra star!
It is a perfect excuse to head to the south east of Ireland for a romantic getaway.
