She tweeted her love for Belfast after she had been offered some whiskey with her porridge while sitting down for breakfast.

Atack didn’t specify which café or hotel she was in at the time, although many people have speculated online as to where such a breakfast can be found in Belfast.

However, she also tweeted her disappointment that there were no hash browns available on the breakfast menu.

The Luton-born actress shot to fame in 2008 in her role as Charlotte Hinchcliffe in the hit Channel 4 comedy The Inbetweeners.

The success of the show made all the key characters household names and Atack has since worked on numerous television projects including competing on Dancing on Ice and finishing as runner up on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!

In recent years she has turned her talents to stand-up comedy, and her show Talk Thirty To Me has proven to be a big hit.

Atack plays Meg in her role in Almost Never, the mum to Oakley and Harry from hopeful boyband The Wonderland.
