Beautiful family home in Cork to be raffled for £20 per ticket – take a look inside

Take a look at this beautiful family home in East Cork which could potentially be yours for as little as £20.

Anne Marie & Jason Flanagan are selling their seaside home through a raffle and hoping to sell 20,000 tickets.

The three-bedroom property is in the village of Whitegate and boasts stunning views of Cobh across the bay.

The sitting room receives plenty of natural light and features a new Stanley wood burning stove. There is a spacious kitchen come breakfast room as well as two en-suite double bedrooms.

Anne Marie said: “Myself and my husband fell in love with our house and bought our home 13 years ago as builders finish. Alot of hard work went into the house and garden over the years to make it what it is today.

“We are blessed to live in such a picturesque area of Cork with a variety of amenities on our doorstep.”

The house is being sold via Raffall.

The listing on Raffall describes the home as: “A tranquil estate with only five houses built, minutes walk to lovely bars & shops and a short drive to blue flag beaches. Tennis club, water sports, rowing club, GAA clubs on your doorstep.”

The draw will take place on July 11, with the winner to be announced directly afterwards.

If the couple are not able to reach their target then a draw will still take place with the winner receiving 75% of the ticket revenue.

For more information or if you would like to enter the draw visit the Raffall website.
