Tourism Leitrim have created a video to show potential visitors the vast array of adventures and activities there are to do in their county.
The promotional film features some of the breath-taking landscape and views that the north-west has to offer.
Leitrim is not one of the first tourist destinations that would come to mind when thinking about Ireland and the local tourism board want to change that.
The video showcases some of the great attractions of Leitrim, such as the stunning Glencar Waterfall, which was an inspiration to famous Irish poet WB Yeats.
There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy in Leitrim and the tourism team have branded it as a great place to experience a ‘slow adventure’.
The county is part of the Wild Atlantic Way and its natural beauty is up there with the best Ireland has to offer.
Whether you are interested in taking a walk, cycling or even kayaking there will be an activity that suits you in the open air.
The town itself also has plenty of great places to eat and relax with friends and family.
