American wedding planning company Zola carried out research to find out what date is the most popular to get married.

Of course, with the year being 2020, it offers the chance to have a memorable wedding date for the rest of your lives.

And fiancés are aware of the opportunity open to them this year.

The survey revealed that the most popular date to get married is October 10th, which will forever give you the cool sounding wedding date of 10-10-2020.

If that sort of thing is important to you.

All the most popular dates were Saturdays, which is traditionally the best day to get married.

October is the most popular month to say ‘I do’ followed by June in second and May in third.

Lindsay Dolak of Zola said: “We’ve actually heard of a lot of couples who had longer engagements so they could get married in 2020.

“Plus, choosing a date with a special pattern means your partner has literally no excuse to forget your anniversary.”
