An Irish singer-songwriter has written a tribute to UFC fighter Conor McGregor which has gone down a storm on Social Media.
‘The Notorious’ McGregor is gearing up to make his boxing debut against one of the all-time greats – Floyd Mayweather.
While the fight has its critics, it has also captured the imagination of people around the world and is expected to be one of the highest earning bouts in history.
One person who is sure to be watching is Co Kildare musician Mick Konstantin. Konstantin has written a song which tells the story of McGregor’s life and career so far – and also gets in a few digs at Mayweather’s expense.
The lyrics include the lines: “There’s only one Conor McGregor, and there’s no fighter better, and he’s going to knock out Floyd Mayweather.
“So Floyd watch out ‘cos the Irish are coming, you can talk all you want, buy you’ll do nothin’!
