Comedy trio Foils Arm and Hog have created a video recommending various Halloween costumes that would be ‘actually scary’.
Instead of the traditional vampires and killer clowns, the Irish trio advise partygoers to dress as bank managers and disappointed parents if they really want to give people a fright.
“This Halloween dress as something that really terrifies people, like teenagers on bicycles.”
The video goes on to suggest several other genuinely scary things that people should dress up as, like a tradesman quote, or a financial audit.
The trio posted the video on the morning of Halloween, and it has already been viewed by tens of thousands of people.
