Video to help tourists understand Irish slang
A video from the people behind the Facts YouTube channel has attempted to help tourists better understand Irish slang.
The makers of the video stopped tourists outside the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin and asked them to read out conversations from a script.
The conversations were rich with Irish slang and would be difficult for anyone from outside the country to follow.
The tourists were good sports and gave it their best shots but there were plenty about the conversations that needed explaining to them.
Thankfully the video also includes the conversations being played out between two Irish people with subtitles to help everyone understand what is actually being said.
