Irish television presenter Ryan Tubridy has put his luxury Dublin home up for sale following his break-up from former Rose of Tralee Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain.
The Late Late Show host admits the stunning property is now “too big” for him to live in on his own and he is looking for “something cosier”.

The four-bedroom house is located in Monkstown, South Dublin and has an asking price of €1.275m.
Tubridy told the Mirror: “Not long after I went in I realised it was bigger than I needed, it was too much. I need something cosier. This house is suited to a growing family.”
The house is an end terrace on Brighton Avenue, and is conveniently located between Dun Laoghaire and Dublin city.
It features a large kitchen, hallway, drawing room and en-suite master bedroom. The new owners will also be able to relax over stunning views of Dun Laoghaire harbour.
Surprisingly, the property doesn’t come with any designated parking, but Tubridy claimed “you’ll usually find a space”.
Despite selling his home, he intends to stay in the area, and is looking for something smaller that is immediately ready to live in: “I don’t want a project. Between working five days, reading books for research and family commitments I’ve plenty on. I’d prefer to find something where someone else has been kind enough to do all the work already.”
The home is being sold by property agent Michael Turley. Take a look at some of the photos below.
