A Dublin pub caught the attention of Piers Morgan with its comical advert for a vacancy of a ‘snowflake’ role.

Oscar’s Bar in Smithfield posted the advert on Facebook advising applicants they should be “self-entitled, over-sensitive” and capable of taking offence at the “most innocuous things imaginable”.

No doubt the manager at Oscar’s has become fed up of the fragile nature of many of their younger employees.

So, he wrote the following substantial advertisement to find the next ‘snowflake’ to join the team.

The comical job advert has caught the attention of British journalist Piers Morgan, who has made no secret of the fact that he thinks there are too many over-sensitive snowflakes in the younger generation.

Morgan read out the advert on his breakfast show and promised to visit Oscar’s Bar the next time he is in Dublin.
