Peter McCabe

Peter McCabeLeading the course is one of Ireland’s top landscape photographers, Peter McCabe. His unique pictures have featured in numerous leading magazines and are often used by the Irish Tourist Board.
Peter will guide you to some of the best locations at Glendalough, and show you how to take better pictures. He’ll give you tips on composition, lighting, structure, and how to get the most from your camera.
• Learn about photo composition.
• Discover the importance of shutter speeds, apertures & depth of field.
• Unlock the mystery of your camera’s settings.
• Learn about different lenses, filters, tripods & other accessories.
Maybe you’d like to blur the background in your photo and have a sharp foreground, or get a silky water effect. Peter will show you how.
It doesn’t matter if you use the latest digital SLR or just a smart phone. You can take great photos with either, although for more advanced techniques you will need a camera with adjustable settings.
This course is ideal for beginners to advanced… whatever your skill level you’ll come away knowing much more.
