Hilarious tweets about the Irish summer

The weather in Ireland is unreliable at the best of times but there is one thing that is always out in full force during the summer time – the Irish sense of humour.
People who love relaxing in the sunshine need to laugh or they’d cry during the summer months.
Just as it seems that we can look forward to catching a few rays, the clouds and rain return and seem to set up home.

This year Ireland actually saw quite decent weather in May, However, June had its ups and downs and July was pretty much a washout.
Met Éireann had some good news this week, saying that the sunny weather could be just around the corner – at least in ‘intervals’.
It said: “Thursday is looking mainly dry at the moment with sunny intervals and just isolated showers, in light breezes. Highest temperatures in the mid to high teens. Thursday night will start mainly dry as well but there are signs that rain may develop in the south later.”
However, it seems that Irish social media users weren’t convinced and they took to Twitter to voice their frustrations in typically hilarious fashion.
