Former One Direction star Niall Horan has moved back to his home county and is set to enjoy life after the band in a stunning countryside mansion.
The Irish singer, who comes from Mullingar, Co Westmeath, has just bought the €565,000 property just outside his hometown.
Horan’s band have been on hiatus since 2016 after seven hectic years as one of the most popular acts on the planet.
Horan has kept a foot in the music industry with two solo singles but is also finding more time to enjoy his personal life.
The 23-year-old already owns a flat in central London and a €3.4million property in the Hollywood Hills.
Now he has added the six-bedroom mansion to the list.
The home comes with six reception rooms, six bedrooms, a swimming pool and a games room complete with a full-size snooker table and ten acres of land.
At €565,000, it would seem that Horan has bagged a bargain. The property has been on the market since 2011, when it was originally listed for €1.6million.
After it failed to sell, it was remarketed for a third of its original value and Horan snapped it up.
Not that he needed to save the pennies – he is said to be worth around €44million, according to the Sunday Times Rich List.
Horan won’t have long to relax in his new mansion before he gets back to work – his solo tour is set to start in September.
