A video that shows the touching moment that a dog was reunited with his best friend has been melting people’s hearts online.
Buster the dog has a special friendship with a donkey called Jack.
The pair met at Kerry Gaeltacht over a year ago and formed a special bond. However, they were separated when Buster’s owner, Traolach Ó Buachalla, took him back home to Dublin.
A year later Ó Buachalla took Buster back to see his old friend – and captured the magical moment on camera.
He said: “’The first time Jack saw Buster he galloped towards him. So on our return to Kerry this Easter we went to visit Jack again and the same thing happened.”
Buster sat on the wall where he and Jack used to meet and waited as the donkey walked over to see him.
The pair then shared a tender moment as they recognised each other.
