Galway restaurant has hilarious response to sign being stolen in night

A Galway restaurant has seen the funny side after their sign was stolen in the middle of the night.

The owner of a Bangin Noodles sent a comical plea to have their sign returned after it was taken in the early hours over the weekend.

Evan O’Ceallaigh told Joe.ie that one of their ‘send noodz’ banners had been stolen at some point between midnight and 7am on Sunday.

However, instead of getting angry about the theft, the restaurant has decided to see the funny side of the incident and appeal to the thieves’ better nature.

The restaurant, which makes Vietnamese Street Food packed full of fresh vegetables, took to Instagram to request their sign be returned with no hard feelings.

The owners acknowledged that stealing a sign that said ‘send noodz’ could seem like a great idea for a bunch of lads after a night on the town, and even admitted to being guilty of similar crimes in the past themselves.

Bangin Noodles are even offering a €100 voucher reward for the safe return of their sign.

The hilarious response from Bangin Noodles has won them plenty of admirers online. You can read the post in full below.
