Aisling Bea is a popular comedienne from Co Kildare. She won the won The Gilded Balloon’s So You Think You’re Funny award at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2012.
She began her career as an actress in various drama in Ireland and the UK such as Fair City and Holby City.
Bea has become a star of the stand-up comedy scene since her appearance on Russell Howard’s Good News in 2013. She has made guest appearances on several comedy shows since, including QI, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Live At The Apollo and Would I Lie to You?
