Gang of three steal cash from shop and post office at gunpoint

Gardai are hunting three men who robbed a Co Louth shop and post office at gunpoint.
The gang members wore high visibility jackets and used a sledgehammer and metal bar to threaten staff at the premises in Clogherhead.

They escaped with a large amount of cash.
The robbery happened at about 3.40pm on May 3 but details have only been made public by Gardai.
The culprits fled in a blue Audi A3 car, partial registration number 00RN which was found on fire at Coast Road, Callystown a short time later.
It is believed they left the area in a silver Skoda, that had been parked at the entrance to the field, and was being driven by a woman with red hair.
