Superstar golfer Rory McIlroy has decided to put his American mansion up for sale for €10.75m ($12.8m).
The Northern Irishman bought the six bedroom Florida property in 2013 and is likely to make a 2.5m profit on the sale.
The waterfront mansion in Palm Beach Gardens comes with a swimming pool, a gym and a putting green in the back yard.
As well as the six bedrooms, the house also boasts nine bathrooms. The mansion also has its own dock and a beautiful view of the lake.
The former world number one is selling the property as he has moved into Ernie Els’ old home.
