Irish men don't let Storm Jonas spoil their tea break

The horrendous weather conditions caused by Storm Jonas have caused havoc for thousands of people across the east of America.
However, two Irish men living in Washington DC, Joseph O’Toole and Pat Fahey, refused to let the icy environment get in the way of their tea break.Irish men don't let Storm Jonas spoil their tea break
Despite the snow, they agreed that you can’t beat a cup of tea, biscuit and a quick cigarette. They settled outside their workplace, the Dubliner pub, all wrapped up in their hats and coats to enjoy their break.
Joseph then started showing Pat his biscuit dunking technique, which involved a clever snap in half before dipping it into his tea.
They wondered if people in Ireland were wondering how bad the storms were in America, before agreeing that: “It’s not too bad.”
However Joseph did add: “I wouldn’t put a milk bottle out in it all the same.”
They joked that a bit of snow brings everything to a standstill and Joseph points out there would be cars going up and down the street on a normal day. They even suggested that they might go for a walk in a bit.
The comical conversation was filmed by a female friend of the duo, but after a minute and a half she decided it was too cold to continue and cut the recording short.
