One of Game of Thrones’ biggest stars had some great news for Irishmen when she revealed that she finds the accent irresistible.

The actress recently revealed that she is single because her heavy workload doesn’t allow her enough time to commit to a relationship.

There is some good news for Irishmen though, as they could be in with a shout when the star does decide to put some time aside for romance.
Clarke told her.ie that she finds the Irish accent extremely sexy.
She was doing an interview to promote her latest movie, Me Before You, which sees her looking almost unrecognisable – but equally stunning – as carer Louisa Clark.
When asked her favourite accent on men she replied: “Irish! I’m not just saying it. Every time.”
She also spoke about filming Game of Thrones, much of which took place in Belfast. She said: “Belfast is amazing. So much of my stuff was crammed in there I didn’t have very much time to explore the rest of Ireland. I’m not going to lie, there was some drinking.
“There was this amazing cliff walk that we did – truly a hard hat cliff walk that was just incredible, right on the coast. Beautiful.”
