Superstar Ed Sheeran has revealed that he could soon quit the music business after revealing the circumstances that could lead to him having ‘zero ambition’ to continue.
The Galway Girl star said that when the time comes for starting a family with his fiancé, music will fall down his list of priorities.
He told the Daily Star that being a good father will be his number one ambition.
He said “My ambition is going to go to zero as soon as I have kids. I am going to be like, ‘I do not really care anymore as I have another life to take care of’.
“It is totally understandable because you have children and your ambition shifts to be like, ‘I want to be a good father’.”
Sheeran didn’t say when that might be, but it could be in the near future if his previous comments are anything to go by.
He told Zane Lowe that he wants ‘tour bus babies – little fat, chubby babies that just walk around’.
He has also recently celebrated his engagement to childhood sweetheart Cherry Seaborn who he met at Thomas Mills High School in Framlingham.
Sheeran revealed that he had a crush on his new fiancé since school and proposed last year.
