Dublin – a breath of fresh air
Visit Dublin have created an adrenaline fuelled video to showcase the great adventures and excitement to be had in the capital.
Dublin is the most popular city in Ireland for tourists to visit and is full of attractions steeped in history and Irish tradition.
However, Dublin also has countless adventures just waiting to be explored.
If you would like a bit of excitement on your holiday then there are plenty of things to do in Dublin as this video shows.
You can test yourself by rock climbing at Dalkey Quarry, or see the incredible landscapes by mountain biking through Ticknock Forest.
If you prefer a more relaxing activity then kayaking along the River Liffey is a great way to get outdoors and see the city from a different perspective.
For full-on adventurers there is Zipit Forest Adventures based in Tibradden Wood, which has a whole range of activities including rope bridges, cargo nets, climbing walls, zip lines, surfboard, ladders, bmx and base jumps.
If you have any more adventure left in you then Dublin still has plenty to offer. There is kite surfing, white water rafting and motorcycle racing for you to get stuck into.
