A group of young women have come up with an ingenious way to keep rats out of their home.
An infestation of rats or vermin can be a nightmare come true for many homeowners. Not only are they uninvited roommates, but a significant proportion of the population find them terrifying.
That seemed to be the case in the video below as the girls were preparing to deal with a rat in their bathroom.
Some of them were screaming with terror but they didn’t let that stop them.
They set up an elaborate mouse-trap style system to get the rat out of their house for good. They armed themselves with mops and brooms and waited poised while they enticed the rat out of the bathroom.
As the rat was on the move the girls screamed but remained composed. They managed to all take up strategic positions in order to remove the unwanted animal from their home. Hopefully the little fella was OK after his debacle.
Jody Mackin posted a video of their triumph to social media. It shows that a bit of teamwork goes a long way.
