A super fast and simple way to make chocolate muffins has emerged online.
The recipe is so simple it requires only two ingredients and takes only two minutes to make, and you end up with a delicious chocolate muffin.
It may not be for the purist bakers out there, but if it is simplicity and ease you are looking for then this is the perfect recipe for you.
All you need is a mug, some chocolate ice cream and some self-raising flour.
Simply fill your mug halfway with ice-cream and let it melt. Then mix in the flour and stir well. Put it in the microwave for just two minutes and you will have a delicious crumbly muffin.
A great way to make a quick treat, and with almost no washing up.
