A new video from the Martin’s Life series shows more great observations of relationships between teenagers and their parents.
In this instalment, Martin is about to leave the house to go into Cork for a date with a girl he has met online.
The news is met with suspicion by his parents, who make some hilarious assumptions as to who the person might be.
They’re also not too impressed with his dress sense and wonder why his clothes are ‘meant’ to be the way they are.
With Martin going into Cork, his mother spots an opportunity and wants him to carry out a few tasks for her.
As he is heading out for a date, he isn’t about to do his mother’s chores.
Eventually the mother, who can’t understand quite why her son might not want to run errands for her as he is on his way to meet his date asks him: “You’re too cool for that now are ya?”
